Acceptance of terms
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before downloading or using Speedometer. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Speedometer is available for personal, non-commercial use. By using it, you agree to these terms and to all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the app.
License and permitted use
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal device.
You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the app, distribute or resell it for commercial purposes, or remove any copyright or intellectual property notices.
Subscriptions and payments
Basic features are available for free. Speedometer Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through the Apple App Store; premium features such as an ad-free experience, unlimited access and advanced tools require an active subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can view, manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Disclaimer
Speedometer is an entertainment and activity-tracking app. It does not replace legal speed limits or traffic regulations.
GPS and sensor-based measurements may vary in accuracy depending on environmental conditions. The developer accepts no liability for decisions made based on speed measurement data or for any resulting damages.
Do not actively monitor the app while driving at high speed or in dangerous conditions. Always comply with local traffic laws when using the app.
Privacy
How your personal data is collected and processed is described in the Speedometer Privacy Policy. By using the app, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
Speedometer integrates the following third-party services:
Firebase Remote Config (Google): used to manage app configuration remotely. Subject to Google's Terms of Service.
OneSignal: used to deliver push notifications. By enabling notifications, you agree to OneSignal's Terms of Service. You may opt out at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in Speedometer, including its designs, logos and content, belong to the developer. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced through an app update or notification. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. The developer, Bilal Akkoç, is based in France.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
